Sighing, Belle inhaled the night air. Out in the town, the streets were pretty much deserted. She had dragged Lina, a bit drunk from the girl's night party, out for some freshness. Lina's giggliness was starting to die, and she was now able to walk a bit before Belle had to run and support her. The fragrance of herb bushes and roses filled her nostrils. Lights blinked cheerfully in the street, giving an amber glow to the outside area. Some of the local shops were dark, but the wares glinted in the light, "Okay, Lina. We're out. What do you want to do?"

(Let's pretend this happened after Lina and Belle talked to Tigress and Roxy in the girl's tent.)
The crisp night air made Lina feel more alert, she peered down the row of buildings. "Do you want to go to the book shop?"
The store owner was an aging man and a friend of the girl's. Lina knew that he would be up at the crack of dawn, sorting the books and getting ready to open up the store to his customers.
As they wandered down the cobblestone road, the streetlights reflected off the bricks slicked over with rain, casting their path in a golden glow.
"Thanks for sticking by me when I was passing out," Lina said rubbing her temples. "I didn't get any sleep and I'm still hungover...Facilier expects me at practice in a few hours."

"Sure," Belle shrugged. The pink of dawn was a ticking clock; they could spend only a little while there before Lina had to go rehearse.

A bell tinkled when the girls opened the front door of the store. “Ah, Belle,” the shopkeeper said. “Good morning, I came to return the book I borrowed,” Belle said placing The Book Thief into his hands. Lina wandered down the lane of shelves, peering at the titles written along the spines of the books. A headache still throbbed in her temples, but at least she was clear-headed enough to know what she was looking for. “Belle, help me find The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls.”

"Here it is," Belle pulled the copy from the shelf. 'It was filed here under W in the Nonfiction section." She held the cpoy to Lina before returning to the other shelves. "I'm glad the teen section is out of our way; if I see another vampire or werewolf book there, I'll vomit." The store owner laughed, 'True, they should change it to 'Vampire' section" "It got so bad, I even wrote a poem about it," Belle chuckled.

(I guess Lina was too hung-over to remember that the books were alphabetized. -_-) “Recite the poem for us,” Lina teased. (We can talk about Hiccup and John later on, if you want.)

Belle sighed, "Okay, fine." She fiddled with the poem in her head, stood tall, and began;
"That one corner of the room drenched now with blood from pretentious teenage girls. What could've been a good generation has been bitten. What remains is an amry of whiners and a shelf of bitten into dreams " (Whenever you want them, too, e can talk about them, lol)

The shopkeeper laughed heartily “Hey, quit the circus and you could be a writer.”
Lina collapsed into a fit of giggles, wiping the tears from her eyes “Oh, Belle.”
Without realizing it, she put too much weight on her foot and sharp pain shot up her leg.
Wincing, she remembered the glass that had cut into her foot not too long ago.
Before anyone could notice, Lina quickly darted over to a display of books for The Hunger Games series, limping slightly. She brushed her hands over the rows of paper-back covers.
“Hey, Belle, are you sure you’re not just upset that the main character in a certain book about vampires has a similar name to your own?” Lina crinkled her nose and smirked impishly.

(Zuyuri, Belle and Lina were in the girl’s tent together listening to everyone talk. Roxy got into an argument and dropped a beer bottle. The shards cut into Lina’s foot, so Belle bandaged her up. Both Lina and Belle left the tent and headed out to the book store. Kyoyaisthebest invited us back to the girl’s tent. If you want to leave the bookstore and return to the girl’s tent, have Belle realize that Lina should lie down and rest because of her foot and the hangover. Otherwise, we can shoot the breeze as much as you like. Talk about books and Hiccup.)

(Thanks for the update. I keep getting dragged away.) Gasping, Belle ran to see Lina wincing. 'Are you okay?" She looped Lina's arm around her shoulder, casting an apologetic look at the owner. "So sorry we have to run earlier..." "Here," the owner gave Belle some tissues, "use these for now. Her foot got cut on something and we don't want any fierce bleeding." Belle nodded her thanks to the shopkeeper before leading Lina out. "It's okay, Lina. We'll get you back to the tent so you rest. I'll keep you company there, too."
