Clopin nodded along to what D'eon said. There was so much intent and seriousness in the bobbing of his head that he may as well have been agreeing to a plan to save the world. "Exactly. See, D'eon gets it. Us French think alike. You need -- ya need sharp objects to kill vamps. They got tough skin to protect them from the cold. So y'need daggers, and lances, and scythes, and the pointy wooden things. Whatever ya call 'em!" It hadn't registered with Clopin that Disodo had been laughing at him. It was only when the man stopped that Clopin awkwardly flinched as if there was a loud noise. He looked over at Disodo with saucer-like eyes. Disodo seemed determined to get this vampre. It hadn't taken much to convince D'eon either. Clopin could agree that his powers were incredible, as was the rest of him, but he wasn't in the state of mind for it. Illusions required concentration, and Clopin had next to none. He didn't want to put effort into them right now.
"Oh, all right!" Clopin huffed. His slurred voice boiled with conviction. "Whatever gets us to stop talking. This is s'boring. Now here's the plan. I'm gonna run out like a helpless victim, 'kay? Just yer average guy. I'm gonna, like, expose my delicious, 'xotic neck. 'Kay, wait, hang on." Clopin undid a few buttons of his shirt and stretched the collar out so that the base of his throat was visible. "The vamp will fly at me and try and bite m'neck like a bat. 'Cause as we all know, vamps evolved from bats. They're, like, the exact same thing. Anyway, Disodo, you'll fry it, and D'eon, you'll serve it up for dinner. Sound cool?" Clopin gave the two absolutely no chance for input. He pounded his fist on the table like a judge with a mallet. The case was closed with or without objection. "Good! Plan starts now. Keep up with me, boys. Ready, set, go!" Clopin grinned with a manic gleam in his eyes, and tore away from the table. He shoved through people quickly, barreling through the bar until he was at a door with a red "EXIT" sign. He pushed it open and ended up in a dark alley. Black shadows were cast down from the roofs above. Clopin could hardly see anything. He could hear his heart in his ears, and sweat glinted on his neck. He wasn't scared, just disoriented from the alcohol. If he survived this hunt, it would certainly help in sobering him up. Clopin walked deeper into the alley until he vanished in the darkness. He listened to his footsteps on the grainy pavement. The night was starting to feel eerie. Clopin could feel the cold wind grate the back of his neck.

(( I don't know if you ever saw, but I posted a bromance video awhile back. It wasn't one of my better, but I got inspired. ^^ ))
Clopin seemed bent on doing the job right now, to which gave surprise for both the males. D'eon and Disodo exchanged a look, then Disodo chuckled, following after Clopin. The hell hound took waited a bit, then he exited after Clopin, walking off in the opposite direction as his friend. He found his way to a fire escape and climbed up, then carefully changed forms. The dog stayed quietly on the rooftop, watching Clopin from afar, but a weary yawn made him blink. He was growing tired? Was it the power in his body needing to be let out? The power that was over working his insides? Or maybe it was the fact he hadn't slept last night because of his dreams, and the worry that came with taking care of Rive.
D'eon watched the two exit, finishing his drink. He then dusted off his hands as if they were dirty, and headed out the front exit. He stayed behind a dumpster near the alley, closing his eyes so he was able to pick up the smallest of sounds. His fangs bared for awhile, as using his power often meant becoming more like his vampire form. The streets seemed silent. There were a few strays searching for a meal, as well as rats scurrying about, but as far as supernaturals? There didn't seem to be any sign of them.
Disodo blinked, his eyes getting heavier. What was it that was so relaxing about this roof. He could have sworn he saw a shadow on the rooftop, but when he opened his eyes fully, there was nothing. The eyelids of the dog drooped again, until he gave them rest and closed them over his eyes. He slowly, but surely, drifted into a dream like state. He was aware that he shouldn't sleep, and he knew he wasn't quite asleep yet, but reality started to blur.

((No, I only saw it after reading that! But good thing, 'cause I'm always happy to watch a bromance vid. XD I drew a pic of them playing tug-o-war too. I just need to scan it.))
Clopin wasn't really participating in a set plan; he was doing whatever his impulses dictated. And right now, he didn't feel any need to stay near Disodo and D'eon. He kept walking and walking, further away from his drinking buddies with each step. After a while, he ended up on a busy street. Where was he? It was hard to get his bearings when his senses were clouded by drunk desires. If he turned his head, things blurred easier. He had to blink several times whenever he made any fast moves. Why had he come out here again? To hunt a vampire. Right. Clopin held a hand to his head and wobbled through the street. He got lost in all the people. Most of them were too busy hustling along to notice him, but the few who did saw his less-than-sober gait and strayed from him. Clopin didn't notice anything. He was up in the clouds on a wonderful high of rum and whatever else he drank. Although his impulses wanted him to run across the road, he decided to stick to the sidewalk.
Finally, the endless walking tired him. He ended up deep in another alley. Clopin sniffed, leaning back against the wall. He closed his eyes. It felt like several minutes before his head and body were finally together. It was also when Clopin began to feel relaxed that he heard a loud click in the darkness. A man dressed in rags approached him. The man's eyes were pulled down by dark bags, and his face was covered in whiskers and scruff. He pointed a small gun at Clopin. "Come now. Gimme your wallet, mate. Nice and easy. I don't want any trouble." Clopin looked at the man with glossy eyes. His breathing was a bit shallow, and he raised his hands with palms facing out. "I don't want trouble either," said Clopin. "Unless ... HEY! Are you a vampire?" The slurred voice, as well as the seemingly ridiculous question, caught the man off-guard. He looked flabbergasted at Clopin. "A vampire?" the man said. Clopin nodded and replied, "Yeah. Me and my dog and a doctor are hunting a vampire. Are you the vampire?" There wasn't much the man could say to such a question. They spat on the ground and muttered something about crazies in digust. He turned around, and Clopin ran over. "Hey, buddy! I'm not done with you! Are you a vampire or not? Show me yer teeth!" He yanked on the corner of the man's mouth to try and spot fangs. The man yowled at Clopin's tugging, then whirled around and pressed the gun deep into Clopin's stomach. "Think a vampire would needa gun? Now fuck right off or I'll shoot, ya bloody git." Clopin swallowed uncomfortably at the feeling of the metal prodding his belly. He smiled and held up his hands again. He was willing to humour the man instead of beat him, as he realized he had to find his way back to Disodo and D'eon. They may or may not have noticed that he had completely vanished on them. "Okay, okay. Good point," Clopin said impatiently. "Ya probably would've bitten me by now. I had to check, y'know? No need to get yer lil' English panties in a twist. Now how about we just be on our way then?"

((It's so fun to make them. ^^ I WANNA SEE IT!! XD ))
The minutes blurred on and Disodo found himself in a nightmare of strange sorts. He was walking down an alley, in fact, all he could do was walk. He had no control over his legs, only his head. Everywhere he turned there were children being murdered or beaten, and some seemed older, maybe teenagers? He passed by a woman who resembled Togapi, but blood was falling from her mouth and she didn't seem aware of reality. A strange liquid leaked over his eyes and made him blink. There were men with no faces that had a bottle in their hands, bumping against the wall with their bodies as if they believed it were an open street. The dog noticed he was in his natural form and when he looked down, fire was beneath his paws. the liquid came over his eyes once more, so he blinked again. The trail of fire seemed to be reaching the violence behind him and burning over the grotesque displays. He was coming to the end of the alley, where he saw, upon the ground, Clopin. Disodo's legs stopped and he stared at the hole in his friend's chest- no, the holes. They resembled something he had seen before, but what?- no... His mind was fuzzy from the alcohol's power giving he guessed, but in his dream? No... The scene became more clear and he watched from above now, noticing his horns were covered in blood that dripped over his face.
The dog awoke in the next moment and his breathing was deep. Clopin. He needed to find him. What was he thinking? He sniffed the air, but his friend was gone. The dog jumped to his feet and ran off, catching the scent of rum and following after it as fast as he could. He became human once he reached a crowded street, now wearing only his pants as he only had enough concentration to bring back part of his clothing.
D'eon set patiently, then noticed Clopin wondering. Before he could rise, a hand burst from the brick wall behind him. He only had time to notice the flying debris, before a hand grabbed onto his neck. He chocked, grabbing the arm holding him and struggling to get free. The dust and brick particles scattered across his body. The next thing he knew a head burst from the wall again, blood trickling down it's brow. The head with dusty brown hair opened it's mouth to reveal fangs. It quickly sank it's teeth into D'eon, causing the vampire king to cringe and look up, his mouth open as he felt not just the breath leaving him, but his blood as well.

(( Here it is! XD i58.servimg.com/u/f58/16/74/08/55/tug-o-10.jpg )) The man wasn't letting up. Clopin sighed. "Well ... if that's how ya wanna be ..." He lurched for the gun and twisted the man's hands fast so that the gun aimed to the side. There was a howl of pain from the man, but no forced gunshot, which Clopin had expected. He kneed the man in the stomach, wrenched the gun away, then realized that the weapon's safety catch was on. "You were never gonna shoot me!" Clopin exclaimed. "Ya wimp. Unlike you," he took the catch off and aimed the gun at the man, "I'm willing to shoot. So scram!" The man gulped, and retreated into the darkness as fast as he could. Clopin grinned, and put the catch back on. "Suh-weet. A new weapon." Although he was unlikely to keep it when it was so small. With the exception of his trusted dagger, which he carefully hid under his bed with other valuables, Clopin liked his toys big and deadly. He stuffed the gun into his pocket for now and began to run. He needed to track down Disodo. Clopin was back roaming the streets. This time he was more impatient, and shoved through people. His walk had sobered up more, but he still stumbled with any step that was too fast. Clopin suddenly turned and ran across the road. Cars were forced to stop, and blared their horns angrily at him. Clopin then realized he wasn't supposed to cross at all, and that he had been on the right side of the street the whole time. Sighing loudly in exasperation, he ran across the road again. More car horns sounded, as well as angry cussing. Clopin darted through people like he was navigating a maze. His head whirled around in search of Disodo or D'eon or just anyone he knew. It was then that he saw a shirtless man with long, silver hair. No Englishman would dare to look that flamboyant. Clopin knew who it was! Feeling overwhelmed with delight and relief, Clopin ran to Disodo and tackled him in a big, drunk hug. He could have knocked them both over if he had been any clumsier. "Disodo! It's so good to see you again. I love you, man! I just love you!" Since Clopin was a very physical person, he didn't mind the warm skin he was pressed against. But then his mind finally caught up with him, and he pulled away. "Wa-a-i-i-t," he drawled with a great look of confusion. "Why aren't you wearing a shirt? And, like, where's that doctor guy?"

(( I forgot about the picture!!! fgdhsoa it was sooooooooooooooooo cute!! I love it!! I want to color it and frame it, lol. They are so cute!! ^^ I'm making a crack vid right now. ))
Disodo turned and the scent became stronger, before he knew it, he was being embraced by Clopin. The hell hound instinctively hugged him and even licked his forehead, before backing up as he realized they were in public. The hell hound looked around desperately, once D'eon was mentioned. "H-he wasn't with you?" Disodo asked, even though the answer was obvious. He looked every way he could for the vampire king, then lifted his nose into the air. "The transformation is hard when you're concentrating on not burning off your pants." He explained while sniffing. He suddenly chocked and covered his nose, " I Smell it; vampire blood-" Disodo spoke fast, then he took off. He wanted to slow for Clopin, but the urgency was driving him forward even faster.
D'eon struggled, using his strength to break free at last. He grabbed his throat and started choking, trying desperately to catch his breath. Blood tricked down his hand from the wound. The vampire broke free of the wall and tacked D'eon into the alley. He vampires rolled as each fought for an upper hand against the other. Disodo came upon the scene, his breathing quickening as he realized the fight was one sided now. D'eon struggled, but the blood loss had greatly weakened him. The hell hound's head was still spinning and he had to grab it for a moment. "STOP!" He shouted, lifting his hands, catching the fire over his arms. He lowered them in a quick motion and fire burst forth in a wave, covering the alley and catching the rogue on fire. D'eon was completely unaffected, as Disodo was quite powerful when intoxicated. D'eon laid his head down on the pavement and tried to catch his breath. Screams could be heard from the rogue, which made Disodo channel in the spreading fire and consume the rogue faster. His body burned like paper now, shriveling into tissue and tissue to bone and bone to ash.

(( Haha thank you!! XD They are really cute. Ooh awesome, I'm finally working on my next crack collection too. I finally found some good scenes! ))
Clopin absent-mindedly wiped at his forehead, which felt sticky for some reason. He hadn't really been paying attention to anything. Even during the hug, he had been a little spacey. At Disodo's question, Clopin flinched slightly in surprise. "No? Why would he be with me? 'Cause we're both French?" Disodo started sniffing around, which looked rather amusing in his human form. "Oh ... yeah, better no shirt than no pants. You could get arrested for that, y'know." Clopin nodded very seriously. Disodo jolted from a new scent, which made Clopin straighten in surprise. He looked around as if he would somehow be able to smell blood too. Disodo started to run, and Clopin lunged out his arm. "Hey, no, wait! Disodo!" He whined. He began to run after Disodo. The man was running so fast that Clopin really had to force himself. He almost kept falling over, since it was difficult to run when his body was flooded with alcohol. He was like a soda pop bottle being violently shaken. He felt like he was going to burst from the inside out. His breaths turned shallow, and his heart pounded hard.
They ended up in an alley, and Clopin had to slow down. He felt sick. Oh God, he felt sick. He felt so sick. He panicked, looking around. Anxiety from awareness of his own nausea only made him feel worse. He looked to D'eon helplessly, then quickly dived for a trash can. He gripped the edges and threw up the alcohol that had poisoned him. He shakily turned his head to see Disodo's hands explode with fire. The entire grimy alley lit with orange and gold. Clopin had to shield his eyes from the brightness. In terms of his own body, he was thankful to feel better. He felt lighter and the warmth from the fire, while at times painfully intense, was also good for his formerly unsettled stomach. Clopin closed the lid on the trash can tightly, and stood to his feet. The vampire had been completely incinerated. A mound of ash was now where the fanged creature once stood. Clopin stared at the mound for a while in silence before loudly exclaiming, "Holy shit! Disodo, did you do that? What the hell!" He looked back and forth between Disodo and D'eon. "Disodo, he looks bad. Should we take him to a doctor?!" Clopin was so drunkenly tempted to make a joke about that, but a small part of him hissed that it was inappropriate. "Merde, you just burnt up that vampire like tissue paper!"

(( Yay, I can't wait!!! ^^ Hmm, I think now might be a good time to move on for Disodo's plot. ))
The hell hound breathed heavily, suddenly feeling weaker, and yet stronger, but one was physical and the other mental. The power inside him was screaming to be let out, the taste of consumption too strong to bottle up. D'eon calmed himself a bit, as his body was quicker to heal than most. He reached into his pocket and grabbed a flask, emptying the blood it contained into his mouth. He gulped at it viciously, like a suckling calf. He wiped his mouth, finally able to register what was going on and who was around. He noticed Clopin and Disodo, but both looked rather sick, the hell hound especially.
Disodo's hands started burning again and threw the flickering colors of the sun, paws could be seen where his hands ought to be. The hands appeared and reappeared, as if he couldn't control the transformation anymore. This only made Disodo angry, which in turn made the fire burn brighter. The cycle of burning rage and flesh continued, while D'eon struggled to regain his footing, as well as his powers. Disodo stared at his hands, desperately trying to make the fire stop growing. It didn't hurt, but he knew he needed to control it. If he wasn't careful, he could hurt someone, or everyone around... He raised his hands and focused a blast again, this time it exploded in a cylinder that shot out of the alley and up into the sky- a burning pillar of light that lasted for a few seconds. The fire then dried out, as if it had burst into the heavens and vanished upon the earth. Disodo stared at the sky, then back at his hands. "That's new..." He commented dryly. He felt relieved, as if a lifelong goal had been accomplished. The hell hound went over and put his arm around D'eon, helping him steady.
Disodo looked over at Clopin, "Are you alright?" He asked, leaning D'eon against a wall. The hell hound went over and transformed into his natural form. He offered his back to Clopin, "Come on, we'll reach the lake faster this way. D'eon's boat is there, as well as some blood packs." Disodo suggested. D'eon seemed able to walk on his own now, carrying himself enough.

Disodo started producing fire from his hands again. From the looks of it, he wasn't able to control it. It was coming out in strong, blazing funnels that only seemed to get brighter and brighter. Clopin winced and had to hover an arm by his face again. Disodo directed the infernos up to the sky. The fire drowned out the dull black of the night with a brilliant glow. It didn't last much longer, and the world returned to darkness. Clopin's eyes relaxed. For a moment, he felt very sorry for himself. He needed to cuddle something. Where was Harley when he needed her? Clopin leaned against the wall, considering curling up in a ball on the alley floor and falling asleep. When Clopin remembered that D'eon was the one who had been assaulted by a vampire, his wave of self-pity calmed. The feelings vanished, and Clopin's mood swung back to normal. Whatever was considered normal for a drunk jester that was.
"I'm fine," Clopin murmured. His eyes briefly darted to the trash can, then back to Disodo. "Felt a bit woozy, but that's gone." Disodo looked strangely majestic right now. Clopin had the urge to play with the dog's ears. Just hold them and wave them about. The remaining alcohol in his system was having its fun with him, but he could tell in spite of feeling childish and unpredictable that he was sobering up a little more. He looked nervous at the idea of riding Disodo. What if he got motion sickness? No, that wouldn't happen. The only reason he had been sick before was because he had been a water balloon of rum ready to burst at any moment. All of the exertion of running was what had badly unsettled him. He was better now. "Okay, I guess so," Clopin said at last. His voice was soft and nearly came out in a mumble. He climbed on top of Disodo, and held the thick, bony ridge that wrapped around the back of the dog's neck. He preferred holding that over the horns. The horns were quite long and wide, which could make trying to hold them feel a bit awkward.

Disodo followed Clopin's eyes over to the trash can, where the smell of vomit hung. The dog crinkled his nose a bit, then snorted, awaiting Clopin's answer. At last he was on, which made the hell hound walk over to D'eon. The vampire's eyes seemed different, his pupils a new shape, almost cat like. His fangs were more prominent and stuck from his mouth a bit. He started running, slow at first down the alley, then growing in speed. Disodo kicked back on his hind legs and darted after the vampire. The hell hound couldn't keep up with the speed of the king, but he did his best. The lake would have taken much longer to get to on human feet, but with the vampire's speed and Disodo's power intensified, the two reached the water in record time. Disodo let the world blur around him, aware that the lake was in view and D'eon was already there.
Disodo slowed and started walking now, stopping at the dock to let Clopin off. D'eon seemed to have already been to his boat and was now sitting on the edge of the dock downing packs of blood. He threw the empty contained across the dock to the side of him, then put a hand over his face. Disodo put his ears back and approached, sitting down beside the vampire king. "Are you okay?" He asked, backing away quickly when D'eon slammed his hand on the deck. Disodo raised a paw, as if he were ready to back up farther. D'eon's fingernails looked more like claws now, covered in blood. The man relaxed a bit more and pulled his hair to the side. "I should have been stronger. It's just-"
Disodo looked down at the hand, then back to D'eon, approaching again. "It's just, ever since Saya turned me, I haven't been able to." He admitted. Disodo thought over D'eon's words, then rubbed his head on the man's shoulder. He soon left D'eon's side and went back over to Clopin, jumping on the railing of the dock. Disodo's paws barely fit, but he managed to balance on it. He lifted his head and let out a howl, perhaps to alert others of his presence.

D'eon was looking very vampire-like right now. It made Clopin a bit uneasy. He had heard far too much folklore about vampires, and didn't really know what to expect with them. Other than that they could be very vicious and beast-like. Clopin was almost tempted to try and steer Disodo away, as if he was a rider in control of a horse. D'eon went off, amazingly fast, and Disodo was soon to follow. Clopin felt a whoosh of air leave him from the take off, and he leaned into Disodo to hold on. Everything looked like blurred clouds. Half of it was from being intoxicated, and the other half was from the speed. Clopin could make out street lights, but they looked more like passing fireflies. The night air felt nicer. Clopin didn't feel as cold and shivery as he had before.
When they got to the lake where D'eon's boat was, Clopin climbed off of Disodo. He did up the shirt buttons he had opened up before, and fixed his collar. He didn't want D'eon getting any ideas in his current state! Clopin watched the vampire glug back blood like it was beer. It made Clopin feel sick just looking at it. He couldn't fathom a life of only being able to drink blood. It was disgusting. He had been forced to swallow his own blood many times when he had gotten into fights, and it was far from pleasant. Clopin kept a cautious distance, sharply observing D'eon's anger and frustration. The man was angry he had lost the fight. Clopin understood that very well. A lot of pride and honour had been instilled in him growing up. Losing a battle was like losing dignity, so he could sympathize. Disodo returned to Clopin, leaving D'eon to himself, and perched on a railing nearby like an owl. Clopin almost flinched at the sudden howling. His muscles had tensed, but soon relaxed again. When Disodo was done doing whatever he was doing, Clopin cleared his throat. "So ... erm ... is the doc gonna be okay, ya think?" He gestured his head in D'eon's direction. "He looks pretty pissed."

Disodo jumped off the railing and back to the dock, sitting down. He lifted a paw and started licking it, soothed by the voice of his companion as a dog might be. The hell hound smirked, "He'll be fine. It's much like a vampire loosing to a human. That and he's changing faster than he can understand. For humans, change is scary, and for us immortals, it's nearly impossible. You stay in the same identity for so long, it's rare there is change. Especially this fast. He went from killing vampires to needing them." Disodo reminded the pack mate. "D'eon needs vampire blood to survive, and with every drop consumed, he steadily grows into the monsters he hunts. However, lately it only weakens him. I don't think he drinks enough of it, he's probably still attached to human delicacies." Disodo assumed.
D'eon finished the packs he had brought and pushed off the edge of the dock. He put his hands over each other on his chest and fell forwards into the water. Disodo's ears shot forward and he dropped his paw. He ran over and peered down into the water. The hound searched the dark waves for any sign of life, then sighed when air bubbles reached the surface, a face following short after. Disodo snorted and backed away, water splashing up as the vampire king came out. "Gross, get out of there D'eon, you'll get leeches or other disgusting blood sucking water creatures. No offense Clopin." Disodo casually joked with no expression, turning and moving away from the edge. D'eon swam closer to the dock and put his hands upon it, climbing just enough out of the water to see the two, his head poking up from the dock. He narrowed his eyes, "Come on, Clopin, the waters great." D'eon dared, seeming to be feeling better. This effect was thanks to the blood intake. Disodo's jaw opened and he stepped in front of Clopin. "Scram you cold blooded sea serpent, Clopin would catch pneumonia." Disodo growled at D'eon.
The vampire king rolled his eyes, "Come on, your 'boyfriend' can take care of himself." D'eon assured the two. Disodo gawked at that, "He's not my boyfriend!!" The hell hound walked away from the two and raised his head proudly, letting them know, in that instant, he was certain he was better than they were. "Have your fun and die, I'll be nonetheless happy."

"Oh." Clopin looked to D'eon once more. "Well, that sucks." He wasn't sure what to say really. While he was sobering up at a very gradual pace, he still didn't have many thoughts right now. More impulses than anything. And being a vampire, in general, just seemed to be a drag. Clopin certainly wouldn't have wanted to be one. The blood was the biggest turn-off, he just couldn't stop himself from thinking about it. "Who wouldn't be attached to human delicacies though? Even dogs love 'em!" Clopin winked at Disodo. A loud splashing sound startled Clopin, and he looked over to the water. Had D'eon fallen off his boat? But the man hadn't even had any alcohol to drink! What, did blood make people lose their coordination or something? Clopin followed after Disodo to the edge of the dock. It wasn't long before D'eon broke the surface of the water. He had just been playing around, which seemed to annoy Disodo. Clopin couldn't help smiling a bit. Disodo's joke flew over his head, but only because he didn't really get it.
"Is it?" Clopin tilted his head in response to D'eon's comment. Protectively, Disodo stood in front of Clopin and told D'eon off. The dog sounded like his mother, worrying about things like pneumonia. At the same time as Disodo, Clopin said, "He's not my boyfriend." The fact they said it together made Clopin burst out into giggles. "Or, wow, I guess he is. Maybe we'll be finishing each other's sentences soon." Disodo trotted off with that same prideful walk he had when he had taken the stick away from Clopin during tug-o-war. Clopin felt impulsive enough to listen to D'eon rather than Disodo. Although he still wanted to have fun with his dog companion. Grinning mischievously, he snuck up behind Disodo and then leaned his head near Disodo's head. He blew on the dog's ears, watching the tips clumsily flap about, and laughed. Then he raced for the water. "Can't catch me, Disodo! The water is my safe zone from you!" He leapt in, and almost as fast as he sank underneath the water, he was back up on the surface. "AAGH!" He screamed several octaves higher than his normal voice. What made it funnier, was it sounded like he was singing. He just had a naturally melodious voice. "The water is NOT fine, you damn liar! This is freezing! You call yourself a doctor? En guarde!" Huffing, he threw his hand into the water and splashed a large wave towards D'eon's face. He grinned devilishly, and swam away from the vampire.

Disodo's ears twitched violently, trying to shake the discomfort of Clopin's breath against the exposed skin. His jaw dropped then and he turned, "Clopin don-!!" He pulled a paw up to protect his muzzle from the splash, as if it could reach that far. He then looked on with a unamused expression. "You're going to freeze in there. They'll be handing out jester-pops at the circus for weeks. Probably days if you want to be realistic, you're as skinny as a toothpick." Disodo grumbled like the father of twins, sitting his rump down on the cold and rather damp dock. He licked at his paw and tried best to ignore the two.
D'eon watched Clopin with a grin on his lips, then laughed and held his stomach, treading water easily. "Oh come now diva, it's not going to kill you. Besides, I'm off duty." He reminded the jester, diving back under the surface. Disodo forwarded an ear to the two, raising an eyebrow when he heard D'eon. The hell hound quit his licking and walked to the edge of the dock, staring down at Clopin. "D'eon is mostly vampire anyway, it's not like the cold bothers him."
"Hey!" D'eon popped out of the water and glared at Disodo. "I'm still alive, I can feel the cold just fine." He reminded the two. Disodo seemed unamused and backed away from the edge.
"You two play to your hearts content, I'll just be over here- NOT FREEZING." The hell hound stated, nodding defiantly and walking away. D'eon gasped at the wave cast at him and swam from Clopin. He emerged again and splashed at D'eon, some of the water reaching the dock. Disodo lifted a paw again and narrowed his eyes at the two, "Hey watch it! That water is deadly."

Clopin felt very giddy and amused by D'eon and Disodo's bantering. A wave of water hit him, and he burst out laughing. Some of the water had went into his mouth; he spewed it back out as if his lips were a fountain spout. He angled his head to look up at Disodo. The dog had haughtily walked off again. Clopin grinned and swam to the dock, gripping the edge of the wood and pulling himself up. To one sitting on the dock, all they could see were two onyx eyes and a pointed nose peering up over the edge. While his mouth wasn't visible, Clopin was grinning widely like an imp. "Disodo, come on! Don't be jealous. Y'know I love you." He put on a teasing, sing-song voice. He swam a little longer, keeping a watchful eye on D'eon as if they had reached a truce in their splashing war, before finally climbing out. He was absolutely soaked. His clothes clung to his skin, and his hair was cold and wet against his neck. He wiped away a few drops of water that tickled his brow.
"That's some damn cold water," Clopin remarked. "Even when you get used to it, it's still damn cold!" He looked to Disodo casually, but on the inside, he was tempted to tackle the dog and try and absorb the animal's heat. He knew Disodo was weak to water though, so he didn't bother. It was a shame, since dogs typically adored water. Disodo was unable to play fetch in the water or bounce around on the shore like Clopin had seen dogs do at the beach. Clopin paced back and forth on the dock, admiring D'eon's boat. The wood groaned under his steps. "So," Clopin looked over at D'eon while pointing at the boat. "Do ya actually take that baby out sailing, or do you just come here to swim and keep it company?" A grin had gradually split his lips as he said this.
