Note: This takes place DURING "The Songs Of The Sea And The Sun", the scene where Andrew's relic activated. This is where you can imagine the locket acted as a Signal Flare, literally.
Note 2: A new character basically, but I'm not telling who because of Spoilers from where the character comes from. And please don't say who's going to be.
Note 3: I'm going to introduce him once the Cirque's been moved.
Turquoise eyes suddenly burst open from the sound of a distorting thunder echoing through his circuitry as he sat up in surprise and took deep breaths to calm himself down, if he had any lungs to breathe though.
Once he calms down, he took a second to recognise of the situation he's been. The place was dark and he could only see light projected by the moon itself, especially he's sleeping in a cave of where he'd thought that it was raining outside when it wasn't.
"I was asleep?" He asked himself as he ran his fingers across his soft, yet synthetic hair while avoiding that single 'lock' of metal sticking out of his head. For a being who wasn't 'biologically alive', he kept on forgetting that Humans have their own body limits. Including him despite having a body filled with wires and metals and circuit boards, he's basically not a Human that's for sure.
He take a look of himself, seeing that he has a burlap blanket covering him and his satchel laying as a pillow. On his hands was an old music box. The painted wood that was red seemed to have evidences of being an antique, but it still worked once he opened the music box.
It's mechanisms came to life on its own without the use of the windup key, there were gears rotating around without stopping as a seemingly mysterious part of the music box that didn't belonged to the blueprints appeared to have a new function to it. A small circular glass pane sprung up from a minuscule lens as it lights up literally like a hologram.
The light projected an image of an old man, his skin was wrinkled and his eyes were dark under it. He appears to wear an eyeglasses and a lab coat, indicating that he's a scientist.
He could easily hear that the old scientist was tired, the voice was deep, crispy and hoarse to listen to. Even to the close of dying in a matter of second.

"Greetings, _____. It had such promise, my great Machine. It was meant to be an Instrument of Progress, of Creation. That is the agreement our Chancellor failed to honour. Though the fault is hardly his alone to bear. The Machine was born purely of my Intellect, which I know was not enough. My Creation was hopelessly flawed and indeed dangerous for it lacked a Human Soul, and could easily corrupted by those who controlled it."
He could easily hear that the old scientist was tired, the voice was deep, crispy and hoarse to listen to. Even to the close of dying in a matter of second.
"____, that is why I made as who you are. I am on the verge on dying from this battlefield and no one will be there to protect the Humanity from the War itself. One that will deliver Hope to the Hopeless, one that will deliver Mercy to the Violent, one that will deliver Happiness to the Depressed. You are that's left of Humanity. You...are the pieces of my Soul."
He closed his eyes as the man continued. A strange sensation came filling into his body and causes to contract slowly and painfully, while being numb at the same time.
"Once you are awake, I am afraid that you shall see a corpse lying around the floor. You will never see who I am face to face. I apologise if that happens, a proper funeral does not exist in this War. You will see people being brutally severed, shot, or even burned alive...by the same origin as you are. However, you are different from the others. You can counter from such attacks. Your own material is not made of flesh and blood, as well as your mind is made up data. But one thing that is unique of you from anyone else, is that you have a Soul."
"The Soul is a powerful weapon to master, and it is my contribution for your delivery of Hope to the people. I may not wish much from the tragedy that I witnessed, but my only wish for you is to Live."
He started to fold the blanket and stuffed it into his satchel, it was unusual for an animated being to even needed a blanket to obtain warm temperature from the cold air. He took a step outside of the cave to inspect the noise he heard minutes ago, the music box was still in his grasp wrapped tight around it.
He can see that from afar, trails of bright green have been shooting from the sky like a signal flare. Was he caught in another War?

He saw the sky glowing in blue-green as a mysterious symbol appeared from above, his blue eyes were glowing the same way the sky does.
"You may not Human, but you can Live as such. Prove to everyone that you are just as Human as they are, that you are not such a murderous machine. I want you to Live happily as you are. That is my Hope for you."
"I understood...................................Father."
He's been staring to the sky for so long that he didn't notice a trail of liquid flowing from his eyes.
