Saorise just concentrated on putting one foot in front of the other. She didn't want to think about all the blood that Andrew was spilling. Although, truth be told, it probably wasn't a whole lot if he was still walking. Still, it worried her. Anything involving blood usually did. Luckily, there was still a light on at the medical tent, which meant that somebody was in there.
"Aidan!" Saorise called as she went inside, pulling Andrew along with her.
Aidan looked up at his name being called, and was astonished to see Saorise, with Andrew by his side. Once again, the boy was covered with blood. Aidan sighed. This boy seemed to get injured quite a bit. This was the third time he had had to treat him since he had gotten here. Aidan hoped this wouldn't become a habit of his.
"Back again, Andrew?" he said jokingly. Saorise was looking worried, and Aidan hoped he could keep her from freaking out by remaining positive and light-hearted. Saorise, however, was not in the mood for jokes.
"Aidan, you have to help him," she said as the healer got Andrew onto an examination table. "He had some magical amulet and it did something weird and now he's bleeding-"
"Saorise, relax," Aidan said, his voice gentle. "This isn't a new wound. It's an old one that just reopened. I just need to close it up again and everything will be fine."
Saorise gave a sigh of relief. She had been fearful that Andrew's injury had been worse. But Aidan seemed confident that he could fix it in no time.

"Grandpa Aidan?" Andrew whispered out to prevent from blood spilling from his mouth further, his things were in front of his reopened wound as it now being stained with dried blood. He's a mess again, that's for sure. He even looked away from both Aidan and the Selkie in shame from what happened to him, he couldn't tell himself why he had to look away as if it was by impulse that his own head turned on the other side.

Really, this was a simple problem compared to some other things Aidan had experienced. Wounds caused by magic were tricky for him to heal. Wounds like this, though, were perfectly manageable. It was as simple as fixing a leak in a sink pipe. With almost no hesitation, he placed his glowing hands on Andrew's wound and got to work on sealing it. Andrew seemed a bit ashamed that he was back here once again. Aidan would tell him not to mind so much, if not for the fact that the kid had shown up covered in blood every time he had come here.
"Where'd you two meet?" he asked as he worked. "Seems kind of late for little kids to be running around the circus."
"We weren't at the circus. We are at the river," Saorise protested.
"Oh, I see. Getting a little swimming done huh?" That was typical. Saorise liked spending time by the river. She had done it a lot, even before she had been adopted by Carl and was living with Aidan and Aisling.

Andrew listened to the conversation of the two while looking down at Aidan's palms with the use of his healing ability, it feels warm yet disturbing when he kept on watching his own skin to rematerialise after from being opened once more because of some unnatural circumstances that the relic had caused. He was silent enough to even think about his locket and the two children's discovery of something unknown to it. But then again, it's normal for the Dienheims to do something unknowingly disturbing. Even for him at such a young age at least.

Andrew was quiet. Aidan took that as a good sign. At least he wasn't panicking. It made his job easier. He concentrated for a few more minutes, and he gave a satisfied smile at his work. "Alright, you're all patched up son," he said. "Just take it easy, okay? Your body can only handle so much."
Saorise hopped up and down happily. "Oh thank you, Aidan! Thank you!" She threw her arms around the healer's legs.
"Hey, don't thank me. You managed to get him all the way from the forest to here," he said, patting her head. "And you didn't loose your cool. That takes some guts." He knew Saorise's aversion to violence. No doubt seeing the blood had scared her an awful lot. But, she had managed to put aside her fears long enough to help a friend. That had to count for something.

Andrew blinked at the two interacting normally as if they've known each other before, it seems impossible to feel open towards another stranger in such a short time. But then again, they're both veterans after all. The little child could only stare in confusion, he still couldn't help in questioning how Saorise knew about Aidan in the first place. Aidan is his grandfather, proclaimed grandfather to be exact.
Andrew raised his hand as his fingers point at Saorise and Aidan confusingly, "Saorise....Grandpa Aidan....You.....H-h-how???"

"It's okay, Andrew. I've known Aidan for a while," Saorise said, hoping that would reassure him. Her friend still looked a little pale. She didn't want him getting all worked up over this. "Aidan looked after me until I was adopted by my daideo. I mean, um, grandpa." Saorise often used the Gaelic word for "grandfather" when referring to Carl. It was one of the few Gaelic words she remembered, although she had picked up on some from being around Aidan too.

Andrew blinked as he now learned some bits on Aidan's relationship to Saorise, somehow quite amusing that there was someone who met Aidan before him. Though the thought of the Selkie's situation of her family's massacre bothered him, did Aidan saved her from the massacre?
"Known Granpa Aidan....and another Grandpa....." Andrew murmured before calling out the Selkie.
"Saorise....you.....met Aidan after family's massacre....right?"

Saorise nodded. "Yeah. Aisling found me and just sorta brought me here. She and Aidan had been with the circus for a while." Really, she had ended up joining the circus on accident. Aidan had took her in when he had realized she had no parents, and then Carl had adopted her not too long after that. Things just sort of took off from there. Now, the circus was practically her home. She wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

"Oh...." Andrew slowly nodded as he noted about what Saorise told him, so Saorise was saved by his grandpa? That's a nice thing to do. If she wasn't saved then she would be still hunted and it'll be that day where she's going to get murdered by the hunters who killed her family in the first place. Though that leaves him another question, Aisling.
"Uh......Ai.....Ais....ling???" Andrew asked.

"You might have seen her running around here," Aidan said. "She's my fairy friend." He couldn't recall if Andrew had met her any of the times he was brought to the medical tent, but if he kept getting injured like this, he was bound to meet her eventually.
"I'll introduce you, if you want," Saorise piped up. "She's really nice. She can make plants grow and turn into a wolf. It's really cool."

"Oh......Okay......" Andrew spoke softly without direct contact from Saorise's eyes, it could mean that he was focusing on something else. The child was more focused on his locket around his neck, the relic that sparked the kids in going to the infirmary tent when the young Alchemist was injured once again. He placed his palm under the locket as he continued in staring at the relic, he must have been curious on what caused on such event.
And then, for a minute or two, the locket glows faintly once more in blue green.

Saorise noticed that Andrew had gone quiet. Just when she was about to ask if he was okay, his locket started glowing again. And it made her nervous. "Andrew, that's not going to blow up again, is it?" she asked, backing away.
"Wait, blow up?" Aidan looked down at Saorise in alarm.
"Yeah. That locket started glowing and then Andrew started glowing and it got really weird," Saorise explained. "And that's what opened up Andrew's wound again."
Aidan glanced back up at Andrew. That didn't sound good. If that locket did more harm than good, maybe it was best not to wear it all the time.

Andrew snapped out from his trance by the Selkie's concern voice, she knew the possibilities that the relic might react once more. This time, it might do some even more damage by the time the shockwave hits anything nearby in the infirmary tent. However, something tells Andrew that this might not be the case anymore. The child noticed that the locket was glowing dimly, he looked up to Saorise and shook his head. Indicating that he was saying a No to her non verbally. But by the time he faced Aidan, the locket glows brightly. That's where he faced the locket back to Saorise, and the locket went dim; he then faced the locket to Aidan, the locket glows. It would mean that the locket wanted something to his grandfather figure....

Saorise and Aidan glanced at each other. Andrew seemed to think the locket wasn't going to explode again. Still, it glowed more brightly whenever the boy faced Aidan's direction. That had to mean something. It seemed to want something from him. But what?
"Don't touch it. It might blow up again," Saorise said as she hid behind the old man.
"Saorise, it's not going to blow up," Aidan said. "Relax." At least, Aidan hoped that it wasn't.
