"It's going to sound cheesy, but uhhh." Hiccup replied, shoving his hands into his pockets. "The other half is what you find along the way." He stated, with a soft smile on his face. "I mean, its a big place. You might not find what you're looking for, but what you need." His smile faded slowly. "I lost my pack a long time ago. I went into the world alone trying to find someone like me and I thought it was impossible. I found so much as I went looking, secret locations, beings I didn't existed and friends. That adventure just finished when I found this place, now I'm starting again, anew." Hiccup explained. He scratched the back of his head as he finished. "Told you it's cheesy."

"yeah, it kinda is." Jack chuckles a bit before being serious again. "But it's also kinda true. I hated being alone, and searched for another like me. but after finding this place, I never felt more at home. it felt wonderful. I'm glad I've found my way here. and found some great friends. like you I hope?"

"Yeah." He nodded, then continued listening to Jack. "Yeah, and same about you...too." Hiccup agreed, with his usual dorky smile. He felt comfort knowing he wasn't the only one who had felt the same way, as well as nice actually talking about his past with someone. Instead of keeping it to himself.

Jack smiles as he looks out to the scene out ahead, to the world he once knew. But then he saw the sun is slowly descending to give way to the night. "Ummm," he said to Hiccup. "We might want to head back to the cirque before anyone realizes we're gone and sends out a search party."

"Good point." Hiccup nodded, placing his hands into his pockets. He looked over the area they were in once more before he started to walk back. "Yeah, the show should be on soon, I'm going to need to change." He added.

Hiccup was performing tonight, he did enjoy performing. The feeling of being in the air, the gasps when he jumps from one bar to the next, the audience's face when he transforms into his true form at the end. Priceless. "Yeah, a drink sounds good." He replied, scratching the back of his head. "You got anywhere in mind?"

Jack smiles as he flies near Hiccup. "There's a place downtown on the 6th floor of a building. It has a balcony that over looks to busy streets below, also gives a great view of the billboard lights without the noise of the city."

Hiccup nodded, he had never actually been to a city before. He stuck to the smaller towns and villages. "Sounds good." He replied, slowing his pace to stay in time with Jack. "Do you go there regularly or is it a first hand experience?" He added, with a small smile.

Jack chuckles a bit. "I go there a bit, mostly to sit, or hover, and look at the world below, watching the people go about their daily lives. It sounds silly, I know. but it's kinda feels normal. you know what I mean."

"Yeah, I know what you mean." Hiccup nodded. "That's why I normally walk around like this. Less people stare at me, and kids get less tempted to climb me. Which surprisingly happens a lot." He placed a hand onto the bridge of his nose as he chuckled at the number of times children have climbed onto his back.
